Elegant apartment situated on the ground floor of a Venetian Palazzo in the heart of the San Polo district, just a few steps from the Rialto fish and fruit market.

From the large corridor, with old typical columns and beamed ceilings, you can enter all the rooms: the modern kitchen equipped with dish washer, gas hobs, electrical oven, toaster and blender; a large bathroom with bathtub with shower and the two bedrooms.

The first bedroom, which overviews one of the secret gardens of Venice, has a two single beds (that can be made into one double bed), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The other bedroom has a window that overlooks a courtyard. This bedroom has two single beds that can be made into one double bed, and also the satellite TV is placed in this bedroom.

Reservation cancel

You can cancel a reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date. Depending on the structure policy you might be charged a fee for the cancellation. Read the structure terms and conditions for more.

Terms and conditions

Each quotation includes household linen and the assistance of our staff during your check-in and your stay.
Electricity, water, heating, air-conditioning (if provided) and gas could be not included and payable locally (see Apartment Details).

The final cleaning charge, not included in the rental price, will be of a minimum of Euro 60,00, up to 3 persons. Apartments with more than 3 persons: € 15 per person (to be added to the minimum charge of € 60 ).
Remember to contact our staff or local reps in order to fix a time for a meeting at the apartment. If renting a Property in the city of Venice our Staff will meet you at the nearest Public Water Bus Station to the apartment or, upon request, our staff will meet you in Piazzale Roma (bus terminal) or at the Railway Station Santa Lucia and take you to the apartment. For this Transfer Assistance we will charge an extra fee (see Surcharges). It is essential that you inform the local agent of your estimated time of arrival in Venice at least 7 days prior arrival. The transport with taxi/water taxi or public boat is not included.
For delays of half an hour and over on the agreed time you must contact the numbers provided on the reservation voucher). If you fail to do so, we are allowed to charge a Delayed arrival fee (see Surcharges). If the local agent has not been informed of long delays and the client misses the check-in at the apartment, Villas in the World is not responsible. In this case clients will be charged for any extra costs for alternative accommodation.

Requests for night-time arrivals (later than 7.30 p.m.) have to be accepted and confirmed by Villas in the World. In this case you will have to pay a surcharge for late arrival service (see Surcharges) to our Staff or local Reps.

A person of our staff or a local Reps will meet you directly at the apartment. In all localities this person will show you the house and how things work, will ask for the security deposit, will read electricity, water and gas meters (if not included), and ask to sign the inventory. If you find that an item in the inventory is damaged or absent, you must report it within your departure, otherwise our Society or local Reps will not be responsible for such item.

You will be required to sign the following forms: Rental Rules, Privacy and Personal Detail Form (according to the Italian Law in matter of reporting Holiday stays to the local Police Office). Make sure to make all arrangements for the departure upon arrival.
On arrival you will find your property clean and tidy. The final cleaning cost is to be paid locally. Tidiness of kitchen or kitchen corner and the rubbish removal are not included in the final cleaning cost, this is your responsibility. On the contrary, you will be requested to pay an extra charge of euro 60,00.
