A lovely apartment on two levels situated on the top floor of the building. It has one large terrace and a lovely view on roofs and domes of the ancient Rome.
Ancient "cotto" flooring and wooden beamed ceilings. On the lower level you find:
- a bedroom with king-size bed and single bed and en-suite bathroom;
- a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom;
- a bedroom with two single beds (which can be linked in order to form a double bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
An inner staircase leads to the upper level where you find a fully equipped kitchen area with dining table for 8 persons and a living area with access to the outdoor terrace.

Wide hall with a beautiful hand painted silk panel, depicting a detail from the 12th century apse Mosaic of the San Clemente church in Rome.
Master bedroom (sleeps 3) with queen size bed and a single bed, wardrobe.
All windows with view on the Palazzo del Monte di Pietà bell tower. Ensuite full bathroom with bath tub (and shower stall) No window in the bathroom but extractor fan.
The second bedroom(sleeps 2) has two twin beds and en-suite full bathroom with shower box.
The third bedroom has two single beds which can be linked in order to form a double bed, big wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ice cube maker, electric oven, dish washer, washing machine) and a dining table with eight stools.
Open space living room with sofas and TV.
Large terrace with a dining table and a wonderful view on the roofs and church domes of the ancient Rome.
The apartment is provided with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, telephone (only for incoming calls), safety box, Icecube maker, dish-washer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Internet wireless. In the same building you find also Giubbonari 1, Giubbonari 3, Giubbonari 4, Giubbonari 5, Giubbonari 6, Giubbonari 9, Giubbonari Pietro e Giubbonari Lotus.

Public Transport: The apartment is just 15 minutes walk from the underground station “Spagna” and it is well served by the ATAC bus lines 40,46,62,64,70,190,571,916, the electric bus lines 116 and 116T, the tram line 8. The closer Train station in Termini just 10 minutes by bus line 70 from Largo Argentina.

Reservation cancel

You can cancel a reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date. Depending on the structure policy you might be charged a fee for the cancellation. Read the structure terms and conditions for more.

Terms and conditions

At least one week before arrival the clients are obliged to communicate their arrival details.

If the local agency has not been informed of long delays and the client misses the check-in at the apartment, the local agency is not responsible. In this case clients will be charged for any extra costs for alternative accommodation.

On arrival the client must show the booking Voucher to the owner or local agent and a valid identification document.

The check-in is generally between 3PM and 7PM (early check-in is possible if the Rome vacation apartment is ready).

For check-in made in different times there is an extra fee of:

- Arrivals between 19.00 and 22.00: Euro 35,00;

- Arrivals between 22.00 and 01.00: Euro 50,00;

- Arrivals after 01.00: Euro 70,00;

- Arrivals on Sunday or public holidays: Euro 50,00;

- Arrivals before 10.00 AM: Euro 35,00 (in case the apartment will be ready).

The Rome vacation rentals have to be vacated before 10.00 AM. In the case the client will request the presence of the local agent at the check-out made before 9.00 AM it will be requested the amount of Euro 40.00.

The key-holder will require a security deposit as guarantee for damages and losses by credit card.

The local agency is authorized to charge, after departure, any damage and loss costs from Guest’s security deposit and any extra costs not included in the rental price and not paid by the guests.

The local agency assists guests during arrivals.

Unjustified emergency calls for assistance in the property: Euro 50,00.

Cots/Cradles: Euro 40,00 for the total stay.

It will be possible to organize a transfer from the airport to the Rome holiday accomodation at the following prices:

- 4 pax: Euro 45,00;

- 5 pax: Euro 55,00;

- 6 pax: Euro 65,00;

- more than 6 pax: Euro 115,00.
