More than 15 Suite Apartments in the heart of Florence located in a historical Palace built in the 19th Century and recently completely restored.

The building is located close to a noble Florentine square, where the Ghiberti family lived.

An every day flea market characterised the square, where to find old lamps, books, bijou and ancient objects.

These Suite apartments are positioned in the centre of the old city about 150 metres from the square of “Santa Croce”, 350 metres from “Piazza del Duomo” and about 500 metres from Via Tornabuoni.

In the building there are two modern elevators to get to the apartments.

In front of the building there is car parking for about 12 cars (charges not included in the rental price).

Inside there is a reception area to receive and assist guests.

Every apartment has central heating, air conditioning, telephone and separate connections for internet and satellite TV and fully fitted kitchen corners, included of cooker, oven, dish- washer and fridge.

First floor of about 60 sqm facing Via di Mezzo.

The vacation home is composed by:

- a nice entrance;

- a large living room with a well equipped kitchen-corner;

- a twin bedroom (queen bed on request);

- a bathroom with shower.

Double sofa bed available in the living room.

The apartment has private terrace 47 square meters wide.

On every floor there are washing machines and tumble dryers at the guest’s disposal.

Reservation cancel

You can cancel a reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date. Depending on the structure policy you might be charged a fee for the cancellation. Read the structure terms and conditions for more.

Villas in the World will inform you with your apartment's address and the exact directions, in order to reach it, after the payment of the total amount.

Remember to contact our staff or local reps in order to fix a time for a meeting at the apartment. It is essential that you inform us of your estimated time of your arrival at least 7 days prior arrival. If Villas in the World has not been informed of long delays and the client misses the check-in at the apartment, Villas in the World is not responsible. In this case clients will be charged for any extra costs for alternative accommodation.

Requests for night-time arrivals (later than 7.30 p.m.) have to be accepted and confirmed by Villas in the World. In this case you will have to pay a surcharge for late arrival service (see Surcharges) to our Staff or local Reps.

A person of our staff or a local Reps will meet you directly at the apartment. At the arrival this person will show you the house and how things work, will ask for the security deposit, will read electricity, water and gas meters (if not included), and ask to sign the inventory. If you find that an item in the inventory is damaged or absent, you must report it within your departure, otherwise our Society or local Reps will not be responsible for such item. You will be required to sign the following forms: Rental Rules, Privacy and Personal Detail Form (according to the Italian Law in matter of reporting Holiday stays to the local Police Office).

Make sure to make all arrangements for the departure upon arrival.

Apartments have to be vacated between 8.00 AM and 10.30 AM on departure day. In case of services not included in the rental price, our local representative is allowed to cash the agreed amount from you or to withhold the security deposit until your bill will be settled.

In case you don't arrive on the agreed date, your reservation will be held until 10AM of the following date only.
