The farmhouse, on three levels, is around 90 square meters per floor and completely independent.
To complete it there is a beautiful swimming pool of 12mtx6mt, with a depth of 1.20mt to 2.20mt, that has its entrance by a Roman staircase with five steps, a beautiful gazebo with metal tables and chairs, bricked barbecue and a wood oven.
Mountain bikes are also available.
There is the possibility for excursions along the C.A.I. signposted paths to discover the ancient abbeys and castles, excursions in the small hamlets such as Castiglion Fiorentino 23km, Città di castello 25 km, and in the city of Gubbio 49 km, Arezzo 54 km, Perugia 52 km.
The main farmhouse is on the ground floor and it has a large dining room with Sat. TV, DVD play and lounges, a kitchen with an electric oven, a microwave, toaster, American coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, cooking range with 4 burners, upright fridge with a freezer, a bathroom with a shower and dishwasher.
The first floor is reacheable by an external staircase with an entrance into the large lounge room with a fireplace in stone, Sat. TV and DVD player, three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
Other 12 stairs lead to the second floor where there is another large lounge room with lounges, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, a double bedroom with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath.
The farmhouse is a good idea for a group of friends, or families with children.
This is an ideal place for those who wish to spend their holiday relaxing in close contact with nature and the ancient farming traditions, far away from the frustration and frenzy of the cities, but at the same time 6km away from food shops, a pizza restaurant and a bar.
For the more important services such as a bank, petrol station, post office and pharmacy, you must go to Cortona.
In the farmhouse it is possible to rent a computer wireless connection.

Il Giardino degli Ulivi is located about 2 miles away from Cortona, an ancient Etruscan town that perfectly preserved its historical charm and has grown to be one of Tuscany’s main cultural and artistic centres.
The holiday house was created inside an old 19th century converted farmhouse which was later enlarged in the course of the 20th century.
Within the farmhouse the owners have created, maintaining all existing structures, six apartments fully furnished in pure Tuscan style.
All apartments are equipped with kitchenette, independent heating, fireplace, air-conditioning and satellite TV.
The farmhouse, overlooking Cortona and offering a charming view of the town is surrounded by a garden allowing all guests to enjoy an independent external area and a wonderful swimming pool (18x7).
Just next to the house guests will be able to use an old wood-burning oven located in a covered area.
The house, situated on the road that links Foiano and Cortona borders the farmer’s cooperative consisting of a warehouse and some wheat storage bins.
The estate also includes a newly planted olive grove.
The Giardino degli Ulivi is located in an ideal position along the road running across the Valdichiana and is thus the perfect site for tremendous bicycle and walking tours and wonderful trips thank to its proximity to the main historical centres and towns of Tuscany and Umbria.
All four apartments were built with full respect of the existing structures maintaining all exposed-stone walls, exposed beam ceilings and typical cotto-vaults and furnished in typical Tuscan style.
In compliance with all current safety regulations and for the full safeguard of our guests each apartment is equipped with certified fireproof matresses, curtains, fire-extinguisher and a small first aid-kit.

Available for each apartment is also a covered car-space.
