How to reserve
The properties offered are divided in two categories:
1) Bookable online
Theese properties can be booked directly online.
2) Bookable on request
Theese properties can be only requested through the website. We'll answer to the request of the availability by 24 hours.
If the property will be available, it will be held for the client for
two working days, in which time the client have to confirm the booking
by our secure method of payment Payrider. If the
desired accomodation is not available, we will propose an alternative
property with similar characteristics for the dates that have been
communicated.
Before proceeding with the
payment the client will be asked to register on our database, by which
the client will also have access to our newsletter facility which
contains updates on our latest offers.
The balance of the rental has
to be paid at least thirty days before the arrival. For some properties
you could pay the balance directly at the arrival.
The payment
of the reservation is subdivided into two instalments.
If the booking
is done less than thirty days before the start of the holiday the
amount has to be paid in full.
Conditions of cancellation, terms of
arrival and departure from the facility, guarantee deposits and eventual
extras to be paid on-site can all be found on the descriptive files of
each holiday accomodation or in the general rental conditions.
