VILLAS IN THE WORLD LTD has been working for years offering vacation rental properties for short term rentals.
From the beginning we pointed towards medium to high quality accomodations so as to be able to offer a high standard of comfort and service to our clients.
Staying in an holiday accomodation rather than a hotel room has a considerable number of advantages which can be summarised in the following points:
- more space at one’s disposal
- the possibility of using a kitchen, and therefore being able to prepare the dishes one prefers
- the possibility of being together with friends and family in a more comfortable and relaxing atmosphere
- the possibility of experiencing the city in a characteristic rental apartment rather than a cold and unwelcoming hotel room
- lower costs compared to a hotel
Since 2005 we have taken it upon ourselves to offer the same type of service in apartments, villas, castles and farmhouses in other cities all over the world, from the Latin Quarter in Paris to the Ramblas in Barcelona, from Rome vacation rentals to farmhouses in Tuscany.
The most of the facilities offered on our internet site are selected and regularly inspected by our staff; it is our desire that our clients do not encounter any ugly surprises once they are on-site. We in fact want to become a reference point for our clientele, being able to advise and inform our clients on the best possible solutions for their needs.
For each proposed structure there is always a local agent present who is at the client’s disposal for any eventual complaints and to resolve any problems the client may encounter.
